ABOUT

After I became vegan, I understood why people have tried and failed to become vegan before. It can be an even more difficult process when you add weightlifting into the mix. But it's not impossible.  I saw the problem and a found a solution.

I am a certified NESTA Personal Trainer and my goal isn’t to assist people in their transition to veganism or vegetarianism while helping them maintain their physical fitness in the process.  

Vegan Lifter Assesment

​At Vegan Lifters, we are here to guide you through the process of alternating to a plant based diet. We say process, because that's exactly what it is. No matter if you've been vegetarian yoga teacher your whole life or you've been a meat-eating weight lifter, we've got you covered.

​You'll work with compassionate people every step along your vegan journey. We will first asses your vegan goals and fitness goals before we come up with a proper nutrition plan to help you reach them.

Personalized Meal Plan

We recognize that one of the most difficult processes of going vegan is figuring out what to eat. 

To keep you on track, we will work with you to create a specific meal plan that helps you meet your daily nutritional goals.
Our mission at Vegan Lifters is to help those who want to become vegan and live a healthy, plant based lifestyle. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a cross fitting maniac, you'll work with a compassionate vegan to help you in every step of the journey.
